Nine service lines covering the repairs, replacements and inspections a San Francisco home actually needs. Each one starts with a diagnosis and a written price.
The everyday faults — dripping faucets, running toilets, low pressure, a pipe that only leaks when the dishwasher runs.
Finding the leak without opening the whole wall, then repairing or repiping the affected run.
Clearing clogged sinks, showers, tubs and floor drains — and finding out why it clogged.
Repair, replacement and installation for tank and tankless units, including seismic strapping.
Fitting faucets, sinks, showers and valves — including the ones that need the supply reworked to fit.
Running tanks, weak flushes, rocking bowls, wax seal failures and full replacements.
Camera inspection of the lateral, root intrusion, and repair or replacement of failed sections.
The plumbing side of a bathroom remodel — rough-in, relocation, waste falls and final connection.
Jammed, humming, leaking or simply finished — repair and replacement, including the drain connection.
How a job runs
Three steps, in that order. The estimate sits between the diagnosis and the work so nothing starts before the price is agreed.
Call, or send the details through the quote form. We ask what the symptom is, where it is, and when it started.
We diagnose the cause on site and put a written price to the work before anything is dismantled.
The agreed work is carried out, tested under load, and the site is left clean. The invoice matches the estimate.
Before you call
Diagnosis before quoting. The point of the first visit is to establish what is actually wrong, because the visible symptom and the underlying cause are often in different places — particularly with leaks.
For a straightforward replacement, often yes. For anything behind a wall or below a floor, a number given over the phone is a guess, and a guess that later changes is worse than no number at all.
Some work in San Francisco requires a permit, particularly where it involves the sewer lateral or significant re-piping. A real business would configure its permit handling here; this demo does not make a claim either way.
This demo has emergency service switched off in its configuration, so the site does not advertise it. That switch exists deliberately: a site should never claim a response capability the business has not confirmed it can meet.
Describe the symptom and we'll work out the category. Picking the wrong one on the form costs nothing.
