Terms of service

These terms apply when you order a website from Analyst Solution (analystsolution.com, “we”, “us”). By paying a deposit, you agree to them. If anything here is unclear, email us before you pay.

1. What we provide

We build a website for your business based on the design you choose from this site, set up with the text, photos, logo and details you provide. The designs shown on this site are demos for fictional businesses; the names, reviews, numbers and contact details in them are sample content and are replaced with yours.

2. Quotes and payment

• Every project is quoted by email in US dollars, and you agree to the quote before you pay anything.
• You pay 50% of the quoted amount up front to start the work, and the remaining 50% before the site goes live.

3. Timeline

We deliver a preview of your site within 5–7 business days after we receive your deposit and the content we need from you. If we are waiting on content or feedback from you, the timeline pauses until it arrives.

4. Changes

2 rounds of changes after the first preview are included. A round is one list of changes sent together. Further rounds, or changes outside the chosen design (for example new page types or features), are quoted before we do them.

5. Your content

You confirm that you have the right to use the text, photos, logos and other material you send us, and that it is accurate. You are responsible for the claims your website makes about your business, including licenses and the services you advertise.

6. Cancellations and refunds

If you cancel before we start work, we refund your deposit in full. Once work has started, the deposit is not refundable.

7. Use of your information

We use the information and content you send only to quote, build and host your website, as described in our privacy policy. We show your finished website in our portfolio or on social media only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by email.

8. Ownership and hosting

• Your domain name is registered and owned by you.
• We host your website for you after launch.
• Once you have paid in full, you may use the website, its design and your content for your business. Your own content remains yours at all times.

9. Third-party services

Your website may rely on services we do not control, such as domain registrars, hosting platforms, email providers and map or booking tools. We are not responsible for their outages or changes to their terms.

10. Limitation of liability

We build every site with care, but we cannot guarantee that it will be free of every error or produce a particular amount of business. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about a project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your project is the one in place when you paid your deposit.
