  • Find your main shut-off valve and close it. It's usually where the water line enters the house, near the meter or in a utility space. If you can't find it, call us and we'll talk you through it.

  • You'll be told the call-out arrangement before anyone is dispatched, and the price of the actual work before it starts. No surprises on the invoice.

  • For common jobs we can give a realistic range. For anything hidden, like a leak behind a wall, we quote after we've seen it so the number is one we can stand behind.

  • This demo lists water and drainage work only. Gas work is a regulated trade and should be added here only once the business has confirmed its qualifications.
