From order to room

Chosen
Order online or in the showroom. Within a day we confirm the wood, the finish and your delivery week.
Then built
Every piece is made to order in a run of twenty or fewer. Most are ready in three to five weeks.
Then delivered
Two of us carry it in, set it up where you want it and take every scrap of packaging away.

Before you order

Most pieces leave the workshop three to five weeks after you order. Lamps and stools in stock go out within a week. We call two days ahead to agree a two-hour slot.

Yes, within 30 days. We collect it, in the same way we brought it, and refund you in full once it is back with us. Made-to-measure pieces are the one exception.

Oak and ash from certified European forests, birch plywood from the Baltic. Each piece comes with a card naming the species and the run it was made in.

Wipe it with a damp cloth, never a spray polish. Once a year, rub in a little of the oil we send with your order. Sun will warm the colour slowly; that is expected.

No. Everything arrives assembled, and the people who deliver it set it up. Lamps arrive with the bulb fitted.
